Pregnancy Care Planner

If you are pregnant you can self refer to the midwife.  Please ask at reception for a form.

We recommend that you have a whooping cough vaccination at or from 20 - 32 weeks of pregnancy.  Please see here for more information.

If you are pregnant between October and February, we also recommend that you have a flu vaccination. Please see here for more information.

The more you know about your pregnancy and your options, the more you are likely to feel in control. The information given here is based on The Pregnancy Book, which your midwife should give you at your first appointment.
